Email control

There's a number of ways of controlling when and to who emails are sent.

  • Global switch to turn ALL emails on and off (Admin > Settings > Email (dropdown) > Email - System Wide Can send email check box)
  • Individual switches to turn Module specific emails on and off (Admin > Settings > Email (dropdown) > Email - Leave Requests/Sickness/Injury/ToDo Can send email check box).
  • Personal acceptance to receive email on an individual employee by employee basis (People > Employee name > Person (dropdown) > Work - Get Notification emails).
