Appraisal Management

The performance management module allows you to create any of the following performanace forms and issue them to your staff to complete:

  • New starter
  • Leaver
  • 360 appraisal
  • Performance appraisal
  • Performance appraisal with goals
  • Performance evaluation
  • Performance improvement
  • Goal setting
  • Career enhancement 

Intelligent tasks can be started on the creation of any of the above forms.  Similarly goals can be created from within some forms.  Followup forms allow for these tasks and goals to be checked for completion.

New absence rule strength

The new absence rule strength allows only administrators to approve the request that conflicts the rule.  This rule can be used to ensure business critical rules can be managed and implemented properly.

Current and next leave year

An employee can see their own leave years (entitlement) in My details > leave > Current Year and click the leave years link at the bottom.  
 
As a Client Admin you can see the same information by using the Report > Leave > Users Leave Cycles.

Sickness tasks

If you only want sick notes and return to work interviews to be completed when the sickness itself has been longer than 1 day then you can configure the software to reflect this at Admin > System Functionality > Sickness > Core.

Organisational Chart

It is important to be able to see a clear layout of your business' heirachy of staff and departments and you can in Groups > Org Chart.  This is particularly useful to check how the software fits into your business.

Start using a new module

Some new business modules just work as soon as you turn them on (in Admin > System Functionality > Set Functionality Required) but others need a bit more:

  • Choose someone to be the administrator for the new module by giving them the functional role in People > employee name > Person (dropdown) > Functional Role
  • Change the settings for the new bsuiness module in Admin > System Functionality
  • Tell your colleagues
